Depart Sydney for Australia\'s premium wine region. Cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge, see Ku-Ring-Gai National Park spectacular Hawkesbury River. Enjoy great scenery - sandstone cliffs, mountains, rivers, farmlands, eucalypts.

Enjoy the peace and beauty of the Australian bush in the Watagan mountains. Look for wildlife; kangaroos, goanna lizards, hear native Bellbirds. Enjoy a lovely morning tea plus explore Wollombi township and pub either this morning or this afternoon.

First winery stop is San Martino. Begin in the tasting room before relaxing in a lovely casual restaurant. Enjoy a delicious lunch served in the heart of the vineyards.

The Hunter has many great wineries with their own style and we\'ll visit two more today. Brokenwood is a famous Australian wine company. Our third winery visit is tailored to the group offering different styles for people. Departing the wine country mid-afternoon, return to Sydney. Arrive back to city hotels around 6.30pm.
